Technology Development

Eltron is a strong participant in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program. One of Eltron’s core competencies is in innovation and the ability to quickly determine feasibility of a specific research idea or direction. We can determine feasibility generally within a few months at costs that cannot be matched by larger research institutions. If you have an idea for a technology, we would be happy to discuss how Eltron can work with you on developing your technology.
We also are always interested in pursuing research collaboration with non-profit organizations. Through the STTR program, together it is possible for Eltron and a non-profit organization to receive Federal funding to determine feasibility and develop a new technology. Eltron is very familiar with the intricacies of this program and can take care of all the program administration issues.
