Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the team development and scale-up of Eltron’s hydrogen membrane technology.
- Operate membrane reactors.
- Perform plating bath characterization, monitoring and maintenance in accordance with laboratory and safety procedures
- Participate in operation and maintenance of pilot scale electroplating line
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments according to manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.
- Complete log books, documentation and forms.
Education & Experience:
- B.S. chemist or chemical engineer
- 2-5 years laboratory experience with electroplating
- Electroplating experience
- Use of Hull cell and interpretation of results
- Titrations and other analytical lab operations
Key Competencies:
- Attention to detail, laboratory procedures, and record keeping
- Organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills
- Must have experience with plating bath characterization, monitoring and maintenance
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the team development and scale-up of Eltron’s hydrogen membrane technology.
- Assist in the design, construction, and operation of a scale-up electrodeposition process.
- Prepare internal and external reports.
- Participate in technology transfer from bench scale to pilot scale.
- Identify and document intellectual property.
- Participate in safety reviews of processes.
Education & Experience:
- B.S. degree or higher in chemistry or chemical engineering, preferably M.S. degree or higher.
- 3-5 years experience in scale-up of chemical processes, preferably scale-up of electrodeposition processes.
- Familiar with OSHA regulations.

- Ability to think creatively to solve problems.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-directed.
- Experience scaling-up novel technologies from bench scale to pilot scale.
