Carl R. Evenson IV, Chief Scientist
Dr. Evenson’s current responsibilities at Eltron Research Inc. include development of hydrogen separation technology, synthesis of new lithium-ion battery cathode and anode materials, and development of coating technologies such as anodization and chemical vapor deposition. Dr. Evenson received a B.A. in Chemistry from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1997, and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Colorado State University in 2001. Prior to joining Eltron, Dr. Evenson was a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University where he was involved in the study of solid-state rare-earth chalcogenide flux reactions, and characterization of crystalline materials. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and Phi Beta Kappa.
